Duties:

- Utilize software
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Develop and submit proposals, bids, and change orders
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accurate cost projections

Experience:

- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in software tools
- Strong understanding of construction management principles
- Ability to interpret plan, specs and project requirements
- Excellent communication skills for negotiating with vendors and clients
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis techniques
